WHY THIS PRACTICE EXISTS
The Good Site’s film work is shaped by first-hand open-cut mining experience. That changes what gets noticed: machine position, line of sight, operating rhythm, PPE, terrain and the small details that determine whether a reconstruction feels credible.
The visuals and narration are AI-generated from an approved script and storyboard. The aim is not spectacle: it is to make a difficult moment understandable without actors, a film crew or interruption to the site.
If a detail would distract an operator, it matters in the frame.
THE REVIEW STANDARD
Every production decision is tested against three standards: useful to the learner, recognisable to the site and appropriate to the sensitivity of the incident.

References are used to rebuild the conditions and sequence that carry the lesson.

The lesson stays visible.
The edit removes noise, controls pace and makes the decision window understandable.
